The N76E003AQ20 is a high-speed 1T 8051-core microcontroller from Nuvoton, part of the NuMicro® N76E003 series. Featuring an instruction set fully compatible with standard 80C51 while delivering significantly enhanced performance, this device is housed in a QFN-20-EP (3.0×3.0mm, 0.4mm pitch) ultra-compact package, significantly reducing board footprint compared to TSSOP-20. It operates at up to 16MHz across a wide 2.4V to 5.5V voltage range with an industrial temperature range of -40℃ to +105℃, and offers high noise immunity of 7kV ESD / 4kV EFT.
