ESP32-S3-Tiny is an ultra‑compact embedded development board launched by Waveshare, powered by ESP32‑S3 main chip. ESP32-S3-Tiny adopts split USB design and stamp‑hole gold‑plating craft. ESP32-S3-Tiny is equipped with rich peripheral interfaces, it supports WiFi & BLE5 wireless communication. Compatible with ESP‑IDF, Arduino IDE and MicroPython, ESP32-S3-Tiny is widely used for AIoT projects and embedded integration. Multiple hardware versions of ESP32-S3-Tiny with 4MB/8MB Flash and 2MB/8MB PSRAM are available.

ESP32-S3-Tiny Key Features

ESP32-S3-Tiny is powered by the ESP32-S3 chip with an Xtensa 32-bit LX7 dual-core processor running at up to 240MHz, offering powerful AI computing capability and security encryption. ESP32-S3-Tiny integrates 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n with 40MHz bandwidth) and Bluetooth 5 LE dual-mode wireless communication.

ESP32-S3-Tiny offers multiple memory configurations: the base version features 4MB Flash and 2MB PSRAM; the N8R8 version features 8MB Flash and 8MB PSRAM. ESP32-S3-Tiny also includes 512KB SRAM and 384KB ROM.

For I/O, ESP32-S3-Tiny brings out 34 multifunctional GPIO pins supporting SPI, I2C, UART, ADC, and PWM interfaces. An onboard FPC 8PIN connector allows a USB Type-C port to be adapted via an adapter board. ESP32-S3-Tiny also features a WS2812 RGB LED indicator and a power indicator, as well as RESET and BOOT buttons.

ESP32-S3-Tiny uses a stamp-hole gold-plating process for easy embedding into various product applications. ESP32-S3-Tiny supports multiple low-power operating states for flexible power management.
