Based on the ESP32 (ECO V3) chip, the ESP32-PICO-V3-02 seamlessly integrates an Xtensa® dual-core 32-bit LX6 microprocessor, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2 BR/EDR and BLE, 8MB SPI Flash, 2MB SPI PSRAM, and all critical peripheral components (crystal oscillator, filter capacitors, RF matching network) into a single QFN-48-EP (7×7mm) package. The ESP32-PICO-V3-02 simplifies complex RF design to the extreme - the ESP32-PICO-V3-02 requires no external components to function. Powerful Dual-Core Processor & Large Memory: The ESP32-PICO-V3-02 features an Xtensa® dual-core 32-bit LX6 microprocessor running at up to 240MHz. On-chip memory includes 448KB ROM, 520KB SRAM, and 16KB RTC SRAM. The ESP32-PICO-V3-02 integrates 8MB SPI Flash and 2MB SPI PSRAM, providing ample storage and runtime memory for complex applications, AI models, and data processing.

Dual-Mode Wireless Connectivity: The ESP32-PICO-V3-02 supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11b/g/n) with 802.11n data rates up to 150Mbps, A-MPDU and A-MSDU frame aggregation, and 0.4μs guard interval. The ESP32-PICO-V3-02 provides up to 31 programmable GPIOs, with 5 strapping pins, 4 pins connected to in-package flash/PSRAM, and 6 input-only pins. Compared to other ESP32 series chips, the ESP32-PICO-V3-02 adds GPIO20. Flash pins (DI, DO, /HOLD, /WP) and PSRAM pins (SI/SIOO, SO/SIO1, SIO2, SIO3) are not brought out to enhance security.
