The ADAU1401AWBSTZ is a highly integrated SigmaDSP audio processor from Analog Devices, housed in an LQFP-48 package. The ADAU1401AWBSTZ features a 28/56-bit DSP engine (50 MIPS) and, together with the SigmaStudio graphical development tool, makes it easy to implement complex audio algorithms such as filters, equalizers, dynamics processing, and reverbs—without writing any low-level code. The analog front-end of the ADAU1401AWBSTZ integrates two 24-bit ADCs (100 dB SNR) and four 24-bit DACs (104 dB SNR), supporting sampling rates up to 192 kHz. The ADAU1401AWBSTZ digital audio interfaces support I2S, TDM, and other formats, while control is handled via I2C or SPI. The ADAU1401AWBSTZ requires a single 1.8 V–3.6 V supply, with an on-chip PLL.
