In 2025, SILAN’s IPM intelligent power modules were used by mainstream white goods manufacturers in China in volumes exceeding 250 million units, with application scenarios extending from white goods to industrial and automotive fields. The automotive‑grade B7 power module, based on self‑developed FSV++ IGBT chip technology, topped the "2026 Top 10 Domestic Automotive‑Grade Chip New Products" list.

In silicon carbide (SiC) and third‑generation semiconductors, SILAN has completed a full industrial layout from 6 inches to 8 inches. The Silan Mingjia 6‑inch SiC power device chip line has achieved stable mass production with near‑full capacity utilization; the Xiamen 8‑inch SiC line, with a total investment of RMB 7 billion, successfully came online in Q4 2025 with a monthly capacity of 5,000 wafers, expected to ramp up production in the second half of 2026. Second‑ and fourth‑generation SiC‑MOS devices have been delivered in large volumes, and the electric vehicle main motor drive module produced with self‑developed second‑generation SiC‑MOSFET chips has accumulated shipments exceeding 100,000 units. SILAN achieves full‑chain SiC autonomy: device design, chip process, tape‑out manufacturing, and packaging and testing verification are all self‑developed and self‑owned, with no external technology dependence.

In high‑end analog chips and AI computing power supplies, SILAN is opening a third growth curve. The 12‑inch high‑end analog IC line in Xiamen, with a planned total investment of RMB 20 billion (RMB 10 billion for Phase I), has officially broken ground, targeting high‑value markets including AI server power supplies, new energy vehicles, and robotics. The company has launched four key analog chips for AI computing power supplies and has built a complete AI server power supply system solution covering SiC, DPMOS, LVMOS, GaN, DrMOS, eFuse, Multiphase Controller, POL, and other products, fully covering applications including SST, HVDC, PSU, IBC, Hotswap, BBU, and VRM.

In R&D investment and talent accumulation, SILAN‘s R&D expenditure grew from RMB 628 million in 2021 to RMB 1.172 billion in 2025, with R&D investment consistently accounting for approximately 9% of revenue.
